Rich Text on Luma

We recommend having one Luma account per person. That ensures you can see all of your upcoming events in one place without switching between accounts. 

When you link an additional email, all invites sent to that email will be linked to your primary Luma account.

If you already have an existing Luma account with an email you'd like to link, you'll need to log into that account and delete it. Then you'll be able to link it. 

We aren't able to merge two Luma accounts on the backend. 

You can add multiple emails to your Luma account.

We have built Luma to be a tool that is both delightful for both hosts and guests.

As part of that mission, we do not support sending cold emails or any emails to someone who has not given you their consent to receive emails. 

If you are buying emails or using a sourcing tool, please do not enter these emails into Luma. 

If you violate this policy, your account will be subject to suspension. If you are on Luma Plus, you will not be refunded for any extra time on your account.

As part of this policy, we expect that you will be importing valid emails into Luma. 

We expect to seen across all of your emails:

If you go above these numbers, your email sending will be automatically suspended pending further review. 

We do not allow emailing people without their consent.

Luma for Non-Profits

 where we can feature your event. This helps drive more traffic to your event and can greatly increase the number of registrations and ticket sales for your event. We've talked to hosts who have increased registrations and ticket sales over 5x after getting featured on Luma.

If you want your event to be featured, you can submit your event on any of the pages linked to from our 

. For example, if you want to submit an event to the San Francisco city page, you can use the "Submit Event" button at the top of the page. 

We aren't able to feature all events that are submitted to the explore pages. Here are some guidelines that the Luma curation team uses when choosing which events to feature:

We send a weekly newsletter for each city page on Sunday at 6pm. That email will feature around 20 of the upcoming events in that city.  

If your event is approved and showing up on the explore page, it will be eligible for our weekly newsletter.
