Problems with Email Auto-Clickers
Email security extensions can cause issues by auto-clicking links in your Luma emails.
Some companies use email phishing tools that auto-click on links in received emails. They do this to see if the links are safe to click.
This can cause issues with Luma because some of the links we send are special links that take an action when clicked.
For example, if you are invited to host an event, you can one click decline the invite to host the event to remove yourself from the event. If you have an auto-clicker in your email, it will automatically remove you from the event when you click on the email.
We recommend reaching out to your IT department to see if they have installed any new security or phishing extensions to your email.
