You can cancel an event on Luma to delete the event page, refund guests, and automatically notify any guests.
When you cancel an event:
If anyone has paid for the event, you'll have an option to refund all guests.
You can customize the email that will be sent to guests.
You will not be able to access the public or manage event page anymore for that event. It will be deleted.
You will receive an email with the guest list for the event in case you want to use that in the future.
