Frequently Asked Questions

How do custom colors work? Some themes allow you to pick a custom color. That color will be used as the base color of the theme. We will adjust the color for contrast and accessibility. So you may not see the exact color you picked in the theme, but we will derive other colors from that.

Can I use my own background images? We don't support custom background images. If this is important to you, reach out to us about the enterprise plan.

Why don't I see themes on the iOS app? On iOS, we show a custom event page for iOS so that events are more consistent across the app. We don't allow setting the theme or viewing them theme on iOS.
